People have no idea that if they go with a private computer shop they’re more likely to get a better price and better service.

Yeah, I agree. The smaller shops will most likely have *real* technicians working there. It’s a shame that the smaller shops don’t have the advertising budget Best Buy has...but then again, if they did, they’d probably go to shit too.
